Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") She is Rosalia Vila is a Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. Since she was a teenager Rosalia has explored the outskirts of traditional and pop music. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as delicate and sharp, but still with the bite of older singers. After her 2017 debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned the singer the Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a major critical and commercial breakthrough making it to the top of Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and ultimately winning an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Her third long-player Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with numerous producers and artists including Cory Henry and James Blake. The album was released in 2022, as a result of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by the famous singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to appear on Saturday Night Live. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman ever to win both of these awards.
